My New AdWords Project
Dec 07, 2004
I recently got an AdWords project. Although it is not mentioned on my website — http://www.amrithallan.com — I have a bit of experience on optimizing the AdWords ads. Actually people give scant regard to how they’re preparing their AdWords campaigns and consequently end up paying more for the clicks they should be paying less. The more you optimize your AdWords campaign, the less you need to pay for your clickthroughs.
This way Google beats the organizations that can spend obscene amounts just to get more links. Your cost per click (CPC) depends on the number of clicks your ad is able to generate. The cost decreases in the inverse proportion of the clicks. So you need to create an ad that makes people click, and only those people who really matter, because if you are unnecessarily generating clicks, you are unnecessarily spending/wasting money.
