Get Backlinks from Pages that have Backlinks
Dec 04, 2006
I don’t want to turn my blog into an SEO-too blog for the simple reason that right now my SEO-knowledge is not much. But I’m continuously studying new things these days and I think content writing, website copywriting and search engine marketing go hand in hand especially if you are working on your own. For instance, I’m constantly worrying about getting amrithallan.com proper exposure to get relevant business queries and that’s why search engine optimization and Internet marketing — at least these days — is an integral part my routine. And since I’m learning new things, I might as well share them with you through my blog.
Take for instance this post titled Get backlinks from pages that have backlinks that says backlinks are more relevant if you get them from pages that have relevant backlinks — lots of them. Since I’m not a professional search engine marketer and I don’t plan to spend money buying backlinks, at the outset this topic seems uninteresting. But I think as a knowledge-gathering exercise (or if you are a professional Internet marketer and SEO consultant) you must know what tools are available to gauge the backlinks quality of your chosen pages, websites, and even blogs. This post discusses one of those tools.
