Gartner Says Blogging Will Peak In 2007

The tech-prediction gurus at Gartner have predicted that blogging will peak in 2007 at around 100 million. Well, when it comes to such big numbers I’m always at a lost, but Duncan Riley says they are totally wrong and I find myself agreeing with him. He rightly says that blogging may be peaking in the western world, but things are just about getting started in other countries, especially in Asia. There are hundreds of thousands of blogs in India but then there are millions of people who are not yet online, or who don’t even know what blogging, or for that matter a website is.
