Blog Optimization - Content and its Supremacy

Dec 01, 2006

Content rules, says Divya Uttam on her blog post aptly titled Blog Optimization - Content and its Supremacy. It defintely does, because if there is no quality content on your blog, no matter how much traffic  you get, it is not going to give you any returns. Aside from that, even in terms of actual optimization, the more you write, the more there is a probability of you using your relevant keywords and key phrases. So if you write about “online marketing” and if you’ve got lots of content on “online marketing” then search engines will think you’re an expert in online marketing and consequently increase your ranking.

Interestingly Divya is close by — I’m in NOIDA and she is in Lucknow; we are in the same state!

Thank you Amrit for writing your post here and considering my post to be worthy enough. Your blog has lots of information and relevant links. Keep up the good work.

    Hi Divya.

Actually it was a pleasant surprise to see someone doing serious blogging, not only from India, but from Lucknow. And it is quite a nice feeling to see a youngster like you using a blog to promote her business rather than compiling thoughts on restaurants, movies, parties, etc. (I’m not saying they’re bad, but they’ve become too common). All the best with your future endeavors.
