About Google Being In Bed With CIA

A post at Thread Watch claims that an ex-CIA agent has said that Google is in bed with CIA. I’m not sure how much of it is true. After all Google agreed to censor its content in China so its not that it is hell-belt upon keeping the flag of free information high. With its mighty control over the information highway Google can be an ideal partner for a snoopy agency.

Mat Cutts has totally debunked the story by resorting to setire. Of course Matt is associated with Google — I haven’t had a chance to read more but I think he does work for Google — so obviosly he’ll react the way he did. What do I think? Well, I don’t know. Things happen. There is no reason why Google should work for/with the CIA, but then who knows.
