Feed publishing best practices
Nov 30, 2006
Every blog these days uses RSS feeds people can subscribe to. These days I’m extensively using RSS feed subscriptions to track my favorite blogs and websites. If you don’t already know it, RSS means Really Simple Syndication and as the expression aptly makes it clear, people can easily syndicate your content and consume it using various free and commercial RSS feed readers or republish it on their websites.
Niall Kennedy is a feed syndication geek (wow! I didn’t know there were syndication geeks too
) and he had posted this wonderful post titled Feed publishing best practices. He takes out the viscera of all the RSS terminologies and presents it to you in all its glory.
